NOTIFICATION OF END OF SUPPLY – BCR200DTP

In reference to the notification of product end of life – BCR200DTP dated on 10 February 2021, please be notified that Pradotec will no longer be able to provide service to replace the BCR200DTP all version main board and or main board component.

Repairing work can still be provided for the following parts and the replacement of parts will be based on the parts availability:

  • SAM slot replacement

  • Card slot

  • Fingerprint sensor

  • USB

All repairs will be subjected to the imposition of the diagnostic fee of RM50 per device, which will be deducted from the final repair costs.

Pradotec’s BioCard is the latest biometric MyKad reader designed to provide existing BCR200DTP  users as an alternative device upgrade with no / minor software update required. Clients who is interested to test the BioCard, kindly contact us at +6017 614 7486 or commercial@pradotec-global.com
