Change of Service Fee Charges Notice

As a result of the higher minimum wage policy implemented on 1st May 2022 by the Malaysian Government, to accommodate the higher inflation rate, the cost in some areas of our business has been impacted. Starting 1st July 2022, Pradotec’s fee for the After Sales Support services will be changed as follows:

  • Diagnostic fee at RM50 (without rebate)

  • Labour Repair service fee at RM200 (per service/ per device)
